  • Start time means you are in your assigned work area, with a pretask card in hand, ready for stretch & flex, and the JHA briefing.

  • Quitting time is when you leave your work area.

  • Pick up- 15 minutes before quitting time. EVERYONE helps, no excuses!

  • All tools must be returned to their cases and placed back upstairs inside the locked tool room.

  • Suggestions are appreciated! We are a team! All boats rise or sink together.

  • Employees are required to report the quantities completed by them accurately to the prefab supervisor each day.

  • Employees are expected to know the pace they are to be produced for each item they are working on. If you do not know for that day, ask the prefab supervisor. 

  • Employees are expected to log into and out of WorkMax for each specific project, they are working on. 

 


****WE DO NOT STORE MATERIAL THAT IS NOT FOR AN ACTIVE PREFAB BUILD****

 


There is a place for everything. If everything is put away in its place, it is there when you need it.

 

SPECIAL NOTICES:  ​

  • There is no public Transportation to this location. 

  • There are no close locations at the Titan warehouse that would allow you to go to lunch and return in 30 minutes so please be prepared for this and bring your lunch.

  • Break facilities have been established along with refrigerator and microwave at the facility. 

  • All employees must park on the street on along the chain link fence in front of the warehouse office. ****BE SMART AND ENSURE YOU ARE NOT BLOCKING ANY GATES OR IN A NO PARKING ZONE****


We almost NEVER shut down due to inclement weather. DO NOT assume otherwise. Always contact your supervisor.

 

Please be aware of your surrounding at all times!


Every 30 minutes, take 30 seconds and look 30 feet around you for any potential hazards.


Always know the address where you are and always know your evacuation route out of the building.

  • If you are going to be late or absent, you must call, NOT TEXT, Serge Gregoire to let him know @ 720-473-3145.

  • If you are not ready to work at start time when David Garner starts the Stretch and Flex, you are not allowed to work unless you called Serge Gregoire and let him know you were running late.

  • If you do not call Serge Gregoire, an absence will be considered a No Call No Show.

Injuries must be reported to Ted Smith IMMEDIATELY, 303-550-5292. If you get hi voicemail, hang up and call again IMMEDIATELY and the phone will be answered.

 

​​SAFETY BALANCE OF PRIORITIES


  • We need to all remember that Safety, Productivity, and Quality are all important in order for us to complete our work and make the company profitable so that we can continue to be competitive and go home to our friends and family.

  • Each employee should be constantly evaluating what they are doing and balancing those priorities.

  • Remember: 30-30-30: Every 30 minutes, stop for 30 seconds, look around 30 feet and be AWARE of your surroundings.


  

Safety is important and so is Quality:

  • Always wear your PPE: vest, safety glasses and gloves.

  • The person placing washers on the bolts is allowed to not wear gloves.

  • Clear safety glasses must be worn indoors.

  • Have hearing protection on your person so you have them if they are needed.


The forklift must honk its horn before entering or leaving the building.


Anytime a new box of hardware is opened for production, the inventory must be removed and given to the supervisor so that declining inventories can be maintained accurately.


Be aware of the forklift at all times.


All persons must stay at least 3 feet away from the forklift at all times, except the operator.


The operator must have a spotter when backing in tight areas. If you cannot see your spotter, stop operation immediately until you have contact with your spotter.


Be aware of vehicle traffic at all times.

 

Report ANY unsafe conditions to your supervisor.

 

We will adhere to all company & safety policies, also OSHA Standards for temporary electric & general safety requirements.


  • Report ALL injuries to your FOREMAN or project supervisor IMMEDIATELY!

  • Housekeeping/clean-up will be required by ALL employees on a daily basis.

  • Everything must be returned to its place and floors swept and the outside entrance area swept.

  • The printer and large screen must be covered, and all tables cleared and organized. 

  • Each employee will have a current pre-task card on their person at all times while on duty and the corporate challenging policy will be followed.

  • At the end of each shift or task, all trash must be picked up and thrown away, all tools must be returned to their case or their shadow wall. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • All floors swept, all trash cans emptied, and the back area picked up and swept up.

  • The kitchen wiped down and the coffee pots turned off and placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher ran.

  • All tools must be returned to their storage location and put back in their cases. 

  • Safety glasses and warning vests are to be worn at all times on the job site.

  • 100% natural fiber clothing is recommended, and sleeves must go to at least the elbow. 

  • Footwear must be sturdy work boots.

  • All employees must park on the street south of the Titan of Warehouse or in the cul-de-sac to the south of the Titan Warehouse. 


ALL ENERGIZED WORK MUST BE DONE BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AFTER RECEIVING WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:


     Superintendent

     Project Manager

     Department Director

     Director of Education and Loss Prevention


  • Keep personal tools on-site or in gang boxes at your own risk.

  • Your personal tools are not covered by E Light's insurance; we recommend you take your personal tools home with you each night.

  • All company-supplied tools need to be returned to carrying cases before being placed in the gang box for storage each day.

  • All cleaning tools, items and equipment must be returned to the designated location anytime they are not in use. 

  • It is everyone's responsibility to keep the area clean, trash cans emptied, floors swept and material in an organized manner. 

  • Do everything, even the smallest task with pride and make sure you complete your tasks. 

  • Stretch and Flex shall be conducted before each work shift.

  • There is a place for everything and everything has its place. You are responsible for putting everything back in its place when you are done with it. 

  • Do not leave empty or partially full bottles of water laying around. 

  • Do not do work assigned by you without a JHA briefing. If you did not get a JHA briefing, ask your supervisor. 

  • Make sure that you have your pre-task card on your person at all times and that you challenge any person entering your work area that was not in your morning JHA briefing.
