SAFETY COMES FIRST - Report any unsafe condition to your supervisor. We will adhere to all company and safety policies, also OSHA standards in temporary electric and general safety requirements.
Report ALL injuries to your FOREMAN or project Supervisor immediately.
Housekeeping /clean-up will be required by all employees on a daily basis.
Safety glasses, hard hats and warning vests are to be worn at all times on the jobsite.
100% natural fiber clothing is recommended, and sleeves must go to at least the elbow.

The following requirements should be considered when arranging to deliver or collect goods from the Richland solar project. Please ensure that drivers are issued with these instructions and guidelines prior to delivery to our site.
General Haulage
Driver should drive responsibly and respect our site rules and instructions given by members of the E Light team and/or their representatives.
Site speed limit is 10 mph (No exceptions).
PPE must be worn on site at all times (Hard Hat, Reflective Vest, Boots, Pants).
No animals are allowed on site.
No children are allowed on site.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on site other than designated areas.
In the event of an emergency, do not attempt to leave site in your vehicle. You must follow the instructions of E Light personnel.
Apart from the vehicle crew, no passengers will be admitted to site.
No overnight parking allowed on site.
On arrival vehicles will stop at the entrance road to the site and must check in with security.
All vehicles on site must be escorted on and off site by E Light personnel.
Drivers should have appropriate paperwork which details collection or delivery information and if necessary contact details (IE: BOL, packing slip).
Deliveries are accepted Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Central time.
If delivery appointment is outside of the scheduled time by more than (1) hour they must leave and return to site within 30 mins of scheduled time.
If a delivery is late for appointment by more than 30 mins, they will be pushed to the last delivery slot and unloaded if time is available.
Deliveries will be inspected and signed for by the E Light logistics team.
Reefer trailer loads will not be accepted.
Once load has been accepted the driver will be escorted offsite and will also need to check out with security before leaving.

From Illinois 89 turn East on County Road 100 North. Travel approximately 1/2 mile to the Richland 2 site. The entrance is on the left to the North.
ALL SAFETY POLICIES ARE ENFORCED ON THIS SITE.
SDS information is available at the office trailer.
Safety Glasses and hard hats (Type II Class E) are to be worn at all times on the jobsite.
PLEASE NOTE ALL EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE THEIR DRUG SCREEN CHAIN OF CUSTODY IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SITE FOR ORIENTATION.
Job Site Orientation is 7:00am on the first day, employees are expected to be there at least 15 minutes early and employees are expected to report to the superintendent.
NO HOT WORK.
Keep personal tools on site or in gang boxes at your own risk.
All tools need to be returned to carrying cases.
Gang boxes need to be kept closed and unused tools put away.
Call Jobsite Admin if sick or late prior to start work time.
Safety meetings are at office trailer on once a week. Day of week is TBD.

All work will only be done once and must look clean. All work must be inspected by E Light QC Department.
It is understood that any inappropriate action (i.e., whistling, cat calling, etc.), is grounds for immediate dismissal from the project for its duration.
No member of the Contractor or Subcontractor’s personnel is allowed to communicate with any member of any type of media about this project.
All requests for response to the media are to be directed to the Contractor’s Project Manager or Superintendent, who will elevate the request to the General Contractor.
The use of and posting to social media on or about the project is prohibited.
If you have any questions, or you are not sure about something, stop and ask. Mistakes cost money and waste time.

Record Documents:
During construction, the contractor shall maintain the job site a set of updated construction documents for the singular purpose of recording changes as the job progresses.
All record drawings shall be completed in erasable pencil, these changes shall be updated weekly.
Revisions to the Contract Documents shall be legible and shall be prepared using the following color scheme:
Red shall indicate new items, deviations, and routing.
Green shall indicate items removed or deleted. Do not use white-out.
Blue shall be used for relevant notes and descriptions.
Your foreman will provide you with the following: tools, materials, layout and a safe work environment. If you feel you are missing any of these items, see foreman personally.
ALL ENERGIZED WORK MUST BE DONE BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AFTER RECEIVING WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
